I worked 2.5 years as a Professional Services Engineer and Manager for the Site Search division of Atomz (now part of Adobe), where I was responsible for the implementation of search and content management systems.

Interaction Design

I developed search applications based on client needs, target audience and clients’ best practices. I designed unique solutions tailored to specific requirements.

Customer Relations

Extensive client communication was necessary throughout the projects. This included presentations, demos, regular client meetings and client training sessions.

Bloomingdale's

I was the lead engineer for the Bloomingdale's account.

In this role I collaborated with Bloomingdale's to develop and implement new search functionality. Many of these solutions were eventually integrated into the standardized product functionality.

I assisted in designing the information architecture of Bloomingdale's search interface. This involved identifying relevant meta information and determining how data should be displayed.

Pacific Sunwear

I was the lead engineer and account manager for the Pacific Sunwear account.

I collaborated with Pacific Sunwear to design and implement their search interface and custom functionality.
